you have a minimum order for fabric?
The minimum order is 5 yards.
How
do I register?
Click on LOGIN (upper right
hand corner) at http://readytoship.melrosehome.com
then
click on “New Customers please Register
Here”. Fill out all
of the required boxes. Registration information will be verified, and a login
id will be emailed to you. You can then "Sign in" using your registered
Login ID and password.
What do I do if
I forget my password?
Please send an email to info@villanovadecor.com. Your
revised information will be sent via email.
Can
I change or cancel my order?
In most cases, as long as your order has not already been processed, it may
be changed or cancelled. To do so, you can either email info@villanovadecor.com OR
call customer support at (213) 749 4444. Please be ready to provide your order
number if possible. If it has already been processed, you have the option to
refuse the shipment when it arrives, however the shipping charges will be at
your expense and a 15% re-stocking charge will apply.
Can
I order Swatches?
Swatches may be ordered by you, our customer to allow color matching, but may
not include a full pattern. Customer pays shipping and handling charges only
(15% of shipping).
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just send back the fabric, unwashed,
uncut, and unaltered in any way within 14 days of purchase and we will issue
a credit. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 14-day guarantee
has expired. Credit amount will be less all freight and handling charges incurred
and re-stocking charges of 15%. Credits will be issued to the credit card used
on the order. Customer pays to ship the item back.
