Order Opening orders are $500 and must be shipped prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Pay-pal or Cash on Delivery (COD UPS). Please note that credit card orders are charged on the day the orders are shipped. Orders over $500 may be eligible for an account after “Factor” approval by CIT or similar. Minimum re-orders are $300. Return Policy Return on any item will be accepted up to 10 days after the customer receives the goods.
All items must be pre authorized by a Melrose Home representative and the box containing the packages must be marked with Melrose Home RA#. The reason for the return must be clearly stated.
Melrose Home does not refund the shipping fee and charges 15% restocking fee except for defective merchandise. In the case of defective merchandise, Melrose Home can either replace the defective item upon receipt of the defective product or do a full credit/refund. A call tag will be issued to pick up your return by the MH representative; we will not accept COD freight returns. It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
After the initial 10 days, each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The customer and problem will be taken into account when evaluating the return request.
All returns will be inspected for quality. We will then inform whichever department is responsible to better insure that our quality standards are always met. Shipping All orders are shipped via UPS from the Melrose Home factory in Los Angeles. Freight charges approximately 15 % per item depending on destination zip code, or you can supply your shipping account number.
Canada and Mexico Sales Upon receipt of order, a proforma invoice will be sent with our wire transfer details. Items are shipped immediately after receipt of transfer.
