All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Melrose Home ReadytoShip Terms
Order
Opening orders are $500 and must be shipped prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Pay-pal or Cash on Delivery (COD UPS). Please note that credit card orders are charged on the day the orders are shipped. Orders over $500 may be eligible for an account after “Factor” approval by CIT or similar. Minimum re-orders are $300.
Return Policy
Return on any item will be accepted up to 10 days after the customer receives the goods.
All items must be pre authorized by a Melrose Home representative and all packages must be marked with Melrose Home RA#. The reason for the return must be clearly stated.
Melrose Home does not refund the shipping fee and charges 15% restocking fee except for defective merchandise.
In the case of defective merchandise, Melrose Home can either replace the defective item upon receipt of the defective product or do a full credit/refund. A call tag will be issued to pick up your return by the MH representative; we will not accept COD freight returns. It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
After the initial 10 days, each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The customer and problem will be taken into account when evaluating the return request.
All returns will be inspected for quality. We will then inform whichever department is responsible to better insure that our quality standards are always met.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via UPS from the Melrose Home factory in Los Angeles. Freight charges
approximately 15 % per item depending on destination zip code, or you can supply your shipping account number.
Canada and Mexico Sales
Upon receipt of order, a proforma invoice will be sent with our wire transfer details. Items are shipped immediately after receipt of transfer.
Orders from Canada over $500 US may be eligible for an account after "Factor" approval by CIT.
Villa Nova Decor ReadytoShip Terms
• Do you have a minimum order for fabric?
The minimum order is 5 yards.
• How do I register?
Click on LOGIN (upper right hand corner) at http://readytoship.melrosehome.com, then click on “New Customers please Register Here”. Fill out all of the required boxes. Registration information will be verified, and a login id will be emailed to you. You can then "Sign in" using your registered Login ID and password.
• What do I do if I forget my password?
Please send an email to info@villanovadecor.com.Your revised information will be sent via email.
• Can I change or cancel my order?
In most cases, as long as your order has not already been processed, it may be changed or cancelled. To do so, you can either email info@villanovadecor.comOR call customer support at (213) 749 4444. Please be ready to provide your order number if possible. If it has already been processed, you have the option to refuse the shipment when it arrives, however the shipping charges will be at your expense and a 15% re-stocking charge will apply.
• Can I order Swatches?
Swatches may be ordered by you, our customer to allow color matching, but may not include a full pattern. Customer pays shipping and handling charges only (15% of shipping).
• Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just send back the fabric, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered in any way within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a credit. We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 14-day guarantee has expired. Credit amount will be less all freight and handling charges incurred and re-stocking charges of 15%. Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. Customer pays to ship the item back.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Melrose Home Collections product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Melrose Home Collections reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Melrose Home Collections reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Melrose Home Collections shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Melrose Home Collections without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Melrose Home Collections may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Melrose Home Collections.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Melrose Home Collections products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Melrose Home Collections products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Melrose Home Collections's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Melrose Home Collections or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
